Rabel 48/480 Slim

Slim Sliding / Lift and Slide System

Product Details

The Rabel 48 Slim Super Thermal is the most cost-effective option (best value for money) for sliding systems with slim profiles that require high thermal insulation and soundproofing.

The Rabel 480 Slim Super Thermal Lift & Slide system is ideal for projects requiring top performance, unobstructed views, durability over time, and minimal operating force.

The Rabel 480 Slim Super Thermal Lift & Slide system ensures smooth and lightweight sliding even with panel weights up to 200kg. When the door is closed, the system occupies a parking position, releasing the rollers and mechanism from the weight, thereby extending the system’s lifespan.

Both versions feature a slim central mullion of 33mm, providing unobstructed views and supporting corner typologies without a column, combining a fixed panel with a sliding one. The maximum panel weight reaches 200kg, while the glass panel thickness is 31mm with an internal glass gap exceeding 16mm, ensuring top-notch thermal insulation.

These systems are ideal for hotel applications, providing the best solution for thermal and sound insulation while remaining both cost-effective and highly functional.

Additionally, the systems feature specialized multi-point locks for maximum security and support standard typologies with up to five tracks.

For improved functionality and aesthetics, the tracks come with additional covers for flat guides. The water drainage system technology ensures excellent performance under extreme weather conditions.
